Sports Wind surfing

Wind surfing and kiteboarding in Lanzarote is primarily a sport for the summer months with their almost continuous northeast trade winds.

Unfortunately, Playa Blanca and Pluerto del Carmen do not provide any good possibilities, but Costa Teguise is all the more ideal. (See links)

There are also a few special spots that kiters like to visit, especially the tongue of land in front of Jameos del Agua (super wave), where a World Cup has already been held, the bay of Matagorda (airport, shallow water, offshore wind) and the Beach of Famara.
