In Tipo Dos there is a very spacious apartment applied, with great views of the garden in front of the house, and also over the southern part of Charco del Palo and the Ocean.
The apartment is situated in the upper floor and the main living rooms and the balcony have a southwards orientation, which means sunshine and wind protection on the balcony! It has two bedrooms, allowing up to four people to stay here comfortably. In addition there are two bathrooms and an open kitchen which is connected with the dining room. The dining room itself is further connected to the living room by a wide passage, giving the whole apartment a spacious atmosphere. This also is underlined by the small conservatory which can be accessed through the living room.
The apartment is fully furnished and moreover very nice equipped. There is also German satellite television. Furthermore one of the bathrooms has a washing machine. Also be found in the kitchen: The normal electrical appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, water heater.
To the Atlantic Ocean you have to walk some 200 meters, the supermarket and the restaurants are nearby.
Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.
