This is a room with about 25m2 in a traditional Lanzarotenian old house in the small village of Mala, in the northeast of the island of Lanzarote.
The room itself is furnished in a simple way with a double bed and bedside table, an arm chair and a commode. Its walls are decorated in warm and friendly colors. It also has a garden door made of glass, which leads directly into the patio (court yard) with terrace and a small garden. This beautiful place invites to relax with in very cozy environment. From here you also can access to the roof terrace from where you are able to look out to the Ocean, which is located at about three kilometers.
Bathroom, kitchen and dining room are available for shared use. The bathroom is newly renovated and modern equipped with a large shower cubicle, sink, toilet / bidet and washing machine. Kitchen and dining room are decorated and furnished in a rustic and cozy shape. The dining room opens via a large glass wall that can be opened completely into another patio, which forms the entrance of the building at the same time.
