Casa del Arte is a comfortable holiday residence that has been lovingly cared for by an artist who lives on Lanzarote, and it is especially intended for people who are young or who have remained young at heart and tend to be unconventional. There are two studios on the rear side of the property, facing the small garden, which are fully independent of the main apartment and art studio of the building.
The smaller of the two studios has a pleasantly furnished bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom. It can be occupied by one or two persons. If there is a desire for separate bedrooms or if more space is required for other reasons, there is an additional small living space with a loft bed.
The second of the two studios is somewhat larger, has a cozy living room, a small bedroom, a kitchen with a washing machine and a bathroom. From the living room one has direct access to the small sun terrace, which belongs exclusively to this studio.
In addition, both accommodations share the beautiful, large patio with its small garden, which invites you to stay and sunbathe. The landlord and artist is also very hospitable and likes to ensure the comfort of his guests.
Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed weekly. You should bring beach towels with you. We can organize either the transfer from/to the airport or as well the car rental.

Rent per night 35,- Euro for one person and 45,- EUR for 2 persons, final cleaning 25,- EUR

Check-in:
Check-in until 10:30PM.
Check in after 10:30PM at the appartment will incur a charge of 30 eur.
