Description:

Terrazas del Puerto is an apartment complex above the "Puerto Viejo", the old harbor of Puerto del Carmen. You can reach the beach in approx. 10 minutes by foot, but the swimming pool that belongs to the complex is just as inviting for taking a swim and bathing. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the complex and has a great view of the swimming pool and Puerto del Carmen, down to the ocean, which is only 200 meters away as the bird flies.

The truly great penthouse-like terrace invites you to sunbathe comfortably, undisturbed by the neighboring balconies. There is also an outside grill there, so there is nothing to stop you from enjoying a cozy dinner over the roofs of Puerto del Carmen.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom of its own, so there is room for a total of up to four persons. With its counter and its bar stools, the bright and friendly kitchen has an open design, and it is connected to the living room through the dining corner. In the dining area there is a large beautiful table with 4 rattan chairs, and from there one also has a view of the ocean through the large terrace windows. In the living room, in addition to the comfortable sofa corner, there is, of course, a television with satellite reception.

The new golf course in Tias is in the meantime completed with 18 holes, it is about 3km away. To Golf Costa Teguise you have to drive approx. 20 km.

Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.
