Description:

Casa del Sol Siempre is a comfortable small apartment complex with 14 apartments in two houses, of which we rent twelf and one more apartment is occupied by the housekeeper itself. Our absolutely beautiful apartments are situated directly on the sea-side.

In the morning you can enjoy a colourful sunrise over the sea, after breakfast you just go some few steps to bathe in a tidal pool and afterwards you may spend your time on the sunterrace of your apartment with a fantastic view over the glittering water of the atlantic ocean.

Our apartments have one or two bedrooms with kingsize bed as well as a roomy livingroom with integrated kitchen.

Four of the apartments are oriented directly to the seaside, but as well you have a wonderful seaview from the sunterrace of the other apartments.

The bedroom ist furnished with a comfortable kingsize bed and you have as well a big wardrobe. If you need we can place an auxilliary bed for a third person into the apartments D2 and D3

In the living room there is a cosy corner unit and here you will find as well a fully equipped kitchen. In the apartments D2 and D3 there is in addition a dining table with 4 chairs, but you can eat also comfortably at the kitchens wooden bar. Sat-Tv, DVD-Player, Kitchen fully equiped, mountainbikes, table tennis, all inclusive.

Price

Small apartments (approx. 30m2) with 1 bedroom:
1 person: 40,- eur, 2 persons: 50,- eur per day.
Big Apartments (approx. 45m2), 1 bedroom:
55,- eur per day, 1 - 3 persons possible.
Apartments with 2 bedrooms:
2 persons: 60,- eur, 3 or 4 persons: 70,- EUR.
Cleaning of the apartment: 1 daily rent (from 14 days on the cleaning is included in the price).
