Description:

Casa Rita is a very beautiful and tastefully furnished villa, situated approx. 1 kilometer from the ocean, as the crow flies, and it has a magnificent view of the Atlantic from the terrace and the living room. The building is located at the edge of the small village of Mala, in northern Lanzarote, and its small palm garden gives it a special magic.

Inside, the house has a 60 square meter, two-story living room that is suffused with light and contains a comfortable and spacious lounge as well as a princely dining table where 10 people can eat comfortably. A stairway leads to the gallery level that is made of wood and from there one has a magnificent view. In addition, there are two bedrooms within the building as well as a third bedroom that can be reached via an exterior door. This means that up to 6 people can live there in great comfort. The furnishings leave no wishes unfulfilled – there is SAT-TV, a stereo system, broadband Internet, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, etc. … it has everything that you might want during your holidays. Please note: Casa Rita is absolutely a non-smoking house!

You will find a small supermarket in the village, about 8 minutes away by foot, and you can walk to the ocean in about 15 minutes. The sandy beach of Arrieta, which lies approx. 5 kilometers away, can be reached either by car or else with a nice 45 minute walk. There, you will also find restaurants and further supermarkets. Intenet access available. The house contains another apartment where the owners sometimes spend there holidays themself.

Bedlinen and towels are available and can be changed by yourself at any time. You should bring beach towels with you. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.
