Description:

Casa Franconia is a two-story house with a magnificent view of the ocean, located centrally in Charco del Palo. The apartment on the bottom floor has two bedrooms and can thus be occupied by one to four persons. In addition, there is a beautiful large living room which opens to the kitchen, a bathroom/WC and a big nice terrace with seaview. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine.

In the comfortable bedrooms there are very beautiful large double beds. The sizable, open living room has a panorama window with a view of the ocean. There is a cozy lounge area, a dining space at the window, a satellite TV and stereo equipment with a CD player. From the living room one can directly access the wind-sheltered terrace (facing east), with its beautiful view. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything one needs for cooking.

The house is located in a beautifully designed, large garden, which has an open arbor with a stone-covered dining place and a grill. The arbor can be used by the residents of both apartments. The distance to the "Monkey Rock" bathing place is approx. 150 meters by foot, and it is about 250 meters to the small Centro Comercial with its supermarket and restaurant.

Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.

Rent per night 52,- Euro, final cleaning 1 daily rent, from 21 days on final cleaning incl.
The prices mentioned apply per night for 2 persons, any further person costs approx. 10,- Euro per night in addition. Price deduction during summer from June until August.
