Description:

Casa Caldereta,as well as the main apartment of the finca and two other apartments, is located on a 2,000 sqm property at the foot of the Caldereta volcano. It is situated at the edge of Guatiza in the northern part of the island and provides an excellent starting point for hikes and bicycle tours. But it is also well suited for beach holidays, since there are several beaches and places to swim within a distance of a few kilometers.

Casa Caldereta has a very beautiful and extremely tastefully furnished living room with a cozy seating area and an integrated open kitchen. The warm terracotta floor gives the room a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The two bedrooms provide accommodation for up to 4 persons.

From the living room and kitchen you can reach the front area or terrace, which blends in beautifully with the surrounding nature and the property. If you take a few steps uphill on the property, you reach a viewing point from where you have a great view of Guatiza and the surrounding landscape. Or else you can enjoy the little cave that can be found on the finca – an original feature of Lanzarote.

Bed linen and towels will be provided. Weekly bed linen and towel exchange if desired. We can organize either the transfer from/to the airport or as well the car rental.

Price

Price per night: 58 eur, final cleaning inclusive.
The prices mentioned apply per night for 2 persons, any further person costs approx. 10,- Euro per night in addition. The first child (up to 6 years) will not be charged.
