Description:

The Saudade bungalow is located in the northwestern part of the island, only a few steps away from Famara Beach, and it has a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. The word „saudade“– which in Portuguese means a longing for the ocean, and which linguists regard as one of the ten most beautiful words in the world – is the most appropriate description of this holiday residence and also of this place. For here you can enjoy the fantastic view of wind, water and waves, not only from the terrace, but from the entire living space.

The bungalow has a large bedroom, as well as a second small room with two bunk beds, which means that a family with two children can live here comfortably. Alternatively, it can accommodate 3 adults, for there is enough space in the small room for an adult to sleep there. There are also two bathrooms and an excellently equipped kitchen with a stove with an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a water boiler and all necessary cooking utensils and tableware. One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a washing machine.

The heart of this holiday residence is definitely the large living room, which has an enormous glass front with a magnificent view of the ocean and the beach. It is modernly furnished, as is the entire house. In front of the house there is a large, private terrace and the entire property consists of more than 1,000 sq.m. There is a restaurant and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity and in the neighboring village of Caleta de Famara, approx. 3 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot away, there are more restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is located about 200 meters from the house. Nude bathing is permitted in the northern part of the beach.

Bed linen and towels will be provided. Weekly bed linen and towel exchange if desired. We can organize either the transfer from/to the airport or as well the car rental.

Price

Price per night: 65 eur, final cleaning inclusive.
The prices mentioned apply per night for 2 persons, any further person costs 10,- Euro per night in addition.
Weekly short cleaning for 18 eur possible if desired
