Description:

The small apartment house Mar y Sol is located in Punta Mujeres, a real Lanzarotian fishing village. The building is almost directly at the waterfront, in the second row from the ocean. But thanks to the generous design of the surrounding buildings, one has a good view of the ocean. Along the coast within the village there are many bathing possibilities, both in the open ocean and in natural pools. The locals are used to tourists, which makes for a very friendly atmosphere.

The building has a total of six apartments. All of them have either a terrace (ground floor) or a balcony (upper floor). Apartments 1 and 2 (on the ground floor) and 5 and 6 (on the upper floor) are facing South and have a full view of the ocean. Due to their orientation facing East, Apartment 4 (on the bottom floor) and 7 (on the upper floor) have a limited view of the ocean. Apartment 4 has only one bedroom, whereas all the others have two.

Families with small children are also very welcome here, and Apartment 1 is even specially equipped for this purpose. All apartments are bright and friendly and are equipped with modern furniture. In the living room there is a suite of furniture, a dining table and of course also satellite TV. The kitchen, which opens to the living room, are excellently equipped. An Internet connection is available on request and there is also a small washing machine.

Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.

The indicated prices are valid for 1 night and 2 persons, any further person costs 3,- EUR per night, an occupancy with only 1 person will decrease the price by 7,- EUR per night.
Final cleaning: 1 daily rent in addition. Children up to 7 years are free. Summer prices during May and June: 20% discount!
