This small apartment complex is situated at the periphery of Arrieta. A small number of apartments is grouped around a beautiful and large swimming pool in the center of the complex.

The sea-view is completely free, only separated by the small street from the water. To the sand beach of Arrieta Playa La Garita you have to walk approx. 12 minutes.

The apartments are furnished in island typical style. They have two bedrooms with a bathroom lying between them, a dining- and living room with TV, as well as an open kitchen.

Before the salon tehre is situated the private terrace with garden furniture. It is directly connected to the pool range. Restaurants you will find in the direct environment, to the supermarket you have approx. 7 minutes to go.
